The depth consists of all possible prayers. Essentially, all of our prayers have been answered and we activate the ones that we live through our feelings. Through this, we create our reality; the choice through feelings connects the web of creation with all of the energy and matter of the Universe.

This message is being repeated over and over by countless authours, speakers, philosophers and quantum physicists that feelings and emotions have been the missing key ingredient in achieving what we desire. In past, we have become good at getting what we don’t want, because many people only use feelings when it comes to be angry, fearful, mad or anxious.
Where as if we can use positive emotion energy when thinking about what we do want, we will attract the life we desire. Moreover, we will have the energy to go after it.

So ask yourself, where is my emotional energy, and what is it doing to me?

The two prerequisites to starting a business

There are usually two pre-requisites to starting a business. Sometimes people will attempt to start a business by fulfilling either one of the two pre-requisites (not an easy feat by any stretch of the imagination), and often people will do so without either one (and guess what their success rate is?). The two pre-requisites are motivation and skills. Often they are complementary in nature, but occasionally you need to use one to drive the other. It is different for everyone, and the effects of this is obvious when you examine the way the business is run.

Why are these two pre-requisites so important? Well, starting a business is not always the hardest part, with a large number of people finding that keeping a business going can be equally tough. Having a real motivation/drive/passion for your business will keep it going in the hardest times, while having the skill will ensure that your business will be based on something you understand. Sometimes having the skill will allow to you develop a real motivation to get out on your own and start a business. Other times, having a real motivation will encourage you to start, develop and further the skills required to consolidate your business.

An alternative to having both pre-requisites is to find someone who can complement yourself in either the motivation or skill department. However, to be able to successful work in a partnership, both parties must share the same vision for the business. This does not mean that partners in business must have the same dreams and goals, it just means that they must both see how the business will allow them to share the journey towards their own individual goals. Once one partner starts forcing their goals onto the other, the business vision will invariably breakdown. This is usually the portent to the division of the business, or in the worst case scenario, an entire collapse.

It doesn't matter what your business is, without motivation and skills, it is not a business that is worth devoting your time, energy, resources, (and most importantly) or your dreams and goals towards.

It is affordable and does not include more coverage that what you actually need. However, if you are wealthy enough to purchase whole life insurance, it can act as an estate-planning vehicle, applying the proceeds to your estate taxes rather than leaving your family to fight in out with the government.

Another problem is that whole life is extremely expensive, and if you're on a limited budget, you may not be able to afford all the insurance coverage you actually need.

Mesothelioma treatments what are my options

Clinical research to treat malignant mesothelioma is very active and although no treatment has yet proved entirely successful, there exist a range of treatments available to individuals diagnosed with the disease. There are three types of standard treatments used to treat malignant mesothelioma which include: surgery, radiation therapy, and chemotherapy.

Surgery

Radiation

The second primary medical technique used to fight the development of malignant mesothelioma is radiation. Radiation therapy, as applied to malignant mesothelioma uses the same basic technology as other forms of medical radiation insofar as the technique employs high energy x-rays to kill cancer cells. The process is divided into two broad categories:

External radiation therapy is a technique in which a machine sends radiation in a targeted stream at a certain portion of the body, and in so doing it kills the cancerous cells in its purview.

Internal radiation therapy, by contrast, uses not an external machine, but rather needles, seeds and catheters to place radioactive substance directly on or near the cancer. While the precise method of implementation will of course depend upon the type and stage of the illness, what is constant within this category is that the goal is to get the radiation placed directly onto the cancerous area and in so doing provide a more concentrated and directed dosage.

Chemotherapy

The third standard malignant mesothelioma treatment is Chemotherapy. Chemotherapy uses drugs which target cancer cells and stop them from dividing and thus prevent their growth.

In systemic chemotherapy, the drug can be taken by mouth or injected, but either way the goal is to have it reach cancer cells by means of the body’s own blood circulation system. In regional chemotherapy, the drug is placed directly onto the target area. And finally, combination chemotherapy involves the use of two or more anticancer drugs which can be administered either orally or through injection.

Malignant mesothelioma is a difficult disease for anyone to bear, however, educating oneself as to the options available is an important step for making the process more manageable.

No one should have to work more than full-time hours for full-time pay. Instead, charge a bit more and incorporate your time working on other tasks into the calculations. For example, if you charge $20 per hour, you can have an extra 10 hours to work on non-client tasks and you'll still make $600 per week.

Quality people will pay quality rates for quality work. I promise!

2. Hire subcontractors.

There is no reason why you have to perform all your client's work. You can hire others to work for you to complete projects. Yes, you will have to hire them at a lower rate to ensure profit for your business, but if you pay a fair rate and treat your subcontractors well, you can acquire a loyal team of helpers.

This means you can take on more clients, can focus more of your time in gathering and maintaining clientele by making sure they receive exemplary service.

When you have more clients and potential clients to draw from, your business will likely have fewer fluctuations than if you try to do everything yourself.

3. Outsource other tasks.

Not only can you have subcontractors work on your client's work...you can hire others to complete other business tasks. Remember those website updates, bookkeeping and answering emails? Those are perfect tasks to hand over to an assistant.

Think of yourself as the manager of your company. The manager focuses on making sure things are running well and the business is growing. They don't worry about the small tasks like answering an email. They focus on the big picture. You need to look at the big picture too.

Whether you're going on a trip by yourself or with your family, there's no reason why you shouldn't bring your bicycles along with you, and every reason why you should.

Why should I bring my bike when I could probably rent one wherever I go, you'll be asking yourself.

Another reason to bring your bikes with you on any trip is you'll save the cost of renting bikes at your destination. Not only will these rental bikes not be very good, but they'll cost everyone a daily fee, which you could better use to spend on food or souvenirs.

Even if you don't plan on taking trips to distant places, a roof bike rack is still the way to go. No more having to take off the wheels to get the bike to fit in your trunk. No more worrying whether grease or dirt will stain the car's interior. Just put the bike on the roof and away you go.

There are several brands of roof bike racks. Each one does require the installation of a multi-purpose roof rack "base system" which remains on top of your car even when you take the bikes off. However, since the rack base system is multi-purpose, you'll also be able to carry not only bikes but skis, snowboards, canoes, and even cargo boxes.

Every bike rack system has issues that you need to be aware of. For the roof rack, the important thing to remember that you actually have something tall strapped to the top of your car. You'll have no problem going through tunnels, but if you have access to a garage, make sure the garage door is fully open before you try to drive in!

Basic credit card shifting

Say I bought a TV for $500, but I didn't even have $500. But - I'm smart - I do have another card! What should I do by the due date? A balance transfer? Well, I'd certainly consider it if I had a current interest free balance transfer offer available. But let's say I don't anymore.

The first thing I'd do is work out my average weekly maximum cardable expenditure (not income) - including everything l usually buy but can buy with credit card purchases. For example, groceries, fuel, some bills (some companies don't accept credit card bill payments, others only in emergencies.) and so on. (Obviously rent or home loan repayments are a big one, but you may or may not be able to pay for these by card depending on who you pay!)

For our examples' sake let's make some figures up for my weekly living expenses. Because all plans work on a multiple of the expenditure, we can take any figure as the expenditure to work out and demonstrate the plans. So let's say:

Groceries $300

Fuel/Transport $100

All Other Bills $100

Total per week $500

If were to put all these living expenses as Purchases on my second card, and used my income to pay off my first card instead of for the living expenses, I would effectively shift the balance from one card to another. A very simply created interest free balance transfer!

By continuing to shift the balance back and forth each month I could have up to $1500 debt ($500 x 3 weeks) and never have to pay interest, or even pay off a cent, ever! (Plus I'll be earning plenty of reward/loyalty/frequent flyer points while I'm at it.) It would look like this:

Of course I'd want to pay it off at some stage because I might want to use it for something else in the future. By combining it with a debt reduction plan it really becomes rather sweet knowledge!

Before we move on to better and better methods, there are a few considerations needed to implement any of these strategies. The first thing you need to do is work out your average weekly maximum cardable expenditure (rounded down to give some leeway.) By maximum I mean try to include as much as possible, everything you'd normally pay for with cash. Because the greater this amount, the more you'll be able to swap so the more interest you'll save.

But do not add more than you'd usually spend as that would defeat the purpose! And remember to leave some petty cash spare for places which don't take credit cards. The expenditure figure you come up with is the figure we'll be using in all the outlined plans, so it's worth working out carefully.

Secondly. and as importantly, you will need to keep a record. Do not rely on memory. Who wants to remember how much they spend or owe? So keep all your receipts and add them to your owing total for that card at the end of the day (you may wish to highlight tax deductible items too, if so remember to get itemized bills.) Near the end of the month (or week for later methods) you'll want some kind of running total handy so you know when you're getting close to the desired swap amount.

Included in your record will be a calendar with clearly marked statement periods, due dates and payments made. You may also wish to record when you reach the desired swap total for future reference (so you can adjust expenditure if needs be.)

Do not think that we are trying to get you involved in any criminal activities here, we’re not and the whole process is legal and above board and will give you the chance to get one over on the credit card companies, who have been relieving us of our cash for many years now.

First of all you will be itching to know what “stoozing” is, well the way that it works may sound a little complicated, but when put into practice it is a lot easier than trying to explain.

Step 1

This is how it works, what you have to do is to apply for two separate credit cards that are giving you a introductory deal with a 0% interest free period and make sure that one of your new credit cards will let you transfer your credit limit into a bank account. So make sure that you have opened a high savings account at your bank, if not then putting the money into your current account will be fine, until you can open up a savings account afterwards.

Step 2

Then you come to the second of the two credit cards and this where you may find that things become a little confusing. If the second credit card does not have the facility that lets you transfer the cash from the credit card straight into the bank account, then here is what to do, ask the issuer of the second credit card to balance transfer from the first card onto the second credit card, this is a back to front way of doing things but this will move money from the second credit card to the first one. This transaction is regarded as moving a negative balance on to the other credit card, so will work in reverse. Once completed all you have to do is ask the lender of the first credit card to transfer this balance to your high interest savings account.

After you have navigated all of this, you will now be in possession of a bank balance that is gathering interest, with the satisfaction of knowing that the money that is making you money, has come from a couple of credit card companies, who have given you an interest free loan.

Remember to pay the minimum payments!

All of this doesn’t come without a couple of problems that may trip you up. Firstly always and I will stress ALWAYS make sure that you meet the minimum payment and the minimum payment only and make sure that it is paid on time.

Plan ahead…

Secondly make sure that you have your next set of two 0% interest credit cards applied for 5 to 6 weeks before the original two cards are coming to the end of the 0% introductory period. (Remembering that one must have the facility to transfer the cash straight into your savings account)

As soon as these new credit cards have arrived transfer what you owe over to the first two cards to clear them and then cancel the original two credit cards, making sure that you tell the issuer to let their credit agency’s know.

If for some reason that your next two credit cards are not in place, then you will have to withdraw the cash that you owe to the cards from your account and pay them off in full, because remember you are doing this to make money on the interest, not to pay it.

This can be carried on again and again, as long as you can get the 0% interest free period and you are willing to let the cash lie in the bank without touching it.
